Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital


Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital is a full-service, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital which offers a full suite of veterinary services and a friendly and experienced team. Their hospital provides an on-site diagnostics laboratory and state-of-the-art technology. They will see pet poultry.

Angie Zinkus, DVM

Dr. Angie Zinkus began her career in Veterinary Medicine in 1999 after graduating with her BS in Biology from Rhodes College. She started working at Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Technician soon after graduating and found her passion thanks to the guidance of Drs Widdop, Romines, and Wolverton.

Dr. Zinkus graduated from Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 where she was vice president of her class and was awarded the AVMA Outstanding Senior Veterinary Student Award. Shortly after graduation Dr. Zinkus became an associate at GPAH and in 2016 became Co-Medical Director with Dr. Wolverton. Dr. Zinkus's specialties include orthopedics, stem cell/PRP therapy, and exotics.

When not working at GPAH, Dr. Zinkus can be found doing emergency work and running all over the city. She is an avid Marathon runner and won the female division in the St. Jude Marathon in 2012. Dr. Zinkus also loves spending time with her family and especially her miniature dachshund Yogi. Her favorite thing about Veterinary Medicine is that she never stops learning.

Ashley Tuttle, DVM

Dr. Ashley Tuttle is originally from Bethpage, TN. She grew up an avid 4-H member, showing sheep and being involved in various livestock projects that sparked her passion for animal care. She first fell in love with west Tennessee during her time at UT Martin earning her bachelor’s degree. She then went on to achieve her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.

While in school, Dr. Tuttle became Fear Free certified and strives to create a comfortable, fear-free environment for her patients. Dr. Tuttle enjoys practicing all facets of medicine however she particularly enjoys feline medicine, preventative care, and dermatology. When Dr. Tuttle is not at GPAH, she enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with her own pets, Sunny and Starla!

Although she is new to GPAH, she is a great addition to an already excellent team and is eager to build new relationships with her clients and their beloved pets.
