Tomaru

The Tomaru, originally called the 'Toomaru', is an elegant type of long-crowing chicken breed. They have a purple to black colored face and comb with dark black, clean legs. It is a larger chicken breed which is known for its beautiful crowing ability---and is able to sustain its crow from 7 to 20 seconds. It's two-toned voice deepens distinctly towards the end of its crow, making it a unique characteristic of the Tomaru chicken breed.
