Minohiki

The Minohiki, also referred to as the Long Saddled Fowl, is an elegant, long tailed chicken breed from Japan. It was developed through breeding the Shamo with the Shokoku. The breed ironically also does drink sake out of a bowl, and was named after it. The Minohiki is sometimes difficult to breed.
